\nHand-made with natural sourdough (Pasta Madre) that rises for 48 hours, baked on a stone, it is crispy and light, suitable for savory and sweet recipes.
\nContains gluten \u2013 Soy-free \u2013 GMO-free.<\/strong>
\nHow to prepare it:
\nRemove the disc from the packaging. Defrost the product for 5-10 minutes.
\nPreheat the oven to 250\u00b0C. Place the pinsa directly, as it is in its pan, on the central rack and bake for 5 minutes.
\nIngredients:<\/strong> Wheat flour, water, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, natural sourdough (brewer\u2019s yeast, wheat flour, dried wheat sourdough, enzymes), calcium propionate, natural flavors.

Our Pinsa, with its practical baking tray, is a base for filling, crispy on the edges and fluffy on the inside, made with natural sourdough and worked by hand.
\nReady in just 5 minutes!
\nFantastic recipes for Pinsa:
\nPinsa with Grana Padano flakes, Bresaola and Truffle oil
\n<\/u><\/strong>We take the Pinsa out of the packaging and place it in the preheated oven, as it is in its baking tray. 5 minutes at 250\u00b0C are enough.
\nScaglie di Grana Padano<\/a>\u00a0! We take the\u00a0Grana<\/a>\u00a0and once the Pinsa has heated up well, we take it out of the oven and immediately add the flakes.
\nThis way the heat will make the flakes tastier.
\nThen we take the\u00a0bresaola<\/a>\u00a0slices and spread them on the surface of the Pinsa. Add a few more flakes on top and finish with a dose\u00a0of olio al tartufo<\/a>\u00a0to make the Pinsa even more delicious and aromatic!
\nPinsa with Mortadella and Pistachios
\n<\/u><\/strong>Remove the Pinsa from the packaging and place it in the preheated oven, as it is in its baking pan. 5 minutes at 250\u00b0C are enough.
\nOnce the Pinsa has heated up well, remove it from the oven and immediately add the\u00a0mortadella<\/a>\u00a0slices . The hotter the Pinsa is, the more the mortadella will soften.
\nThen, on a cutting board, cut the pistachios into very small pieces with a knife. Sprinkle evenly on the surface of the Pinsa.
